HOW DOES IT WORK FOR ASHOKA FELLOWS?

- Easy way to find services that have direct impact on their work


Motivation:

- Find easily and accurately Ashoka community members, projects and experiences

- Access a sounding board for ideas and problem-solve opportunities

- Find all contact information in one central place (personal information, institutional, links to external sites i.e. blogs, twitter)

- Fellows have direct control, the ability to define shared information and update content

- Fellows can give direct feedback on how to improve the system

- Easy access to all Ashoka services for Fellows


Information Flow:

- Fellows will have an editable profile with contact information

- Fellows can add tags to describe their work in addition to those applied by Ashoka (ex. sector, country, target audience, tactics, etc.)

- Fellows can add descriptors to tell other members in their community interesting things about themselves which could be of interest to others (i.e. Languages spoken, countries where they have lived/worked, other associations, etc.)

- Well-defined problem, ability to respond (archived, searchable)

- Link to other Ashoka websites
